I’m going to outline the various rituals you can incorporate into your day.
We all know to have a glass of water upon waking. Why? Well after 8 hours of sleep we need to rehydrate our body and mind. Do it and feel the difference.
Try it for a week and see how you feel. If need be, have a glass of water by your bed to have easy access and no excuses.
Time to turn the diffuser on.
I turn on where I meditate, write my gratitude and tasks lists for the day. Something invigorating and stimulating for the mind.
ENERGY ORGANIC BLEND
Beginning your day with meditation allows your left and right parts of your brain to connect. Supports your nervous system and allows your subconscious to create healthy neural pathways. Also helps release tension and stress. Builds resilience, relieves anxiety and centres you.

Writing 3 things that you are grateful for daily has a multitude of positive effects.
Builds new neural pathways and allows your brain to modify your perception and perspective of the world around you.
This can be in the form of stretches, series of asanas ( yoga moves) or a walk in the fresh air.
This will oxygenate your body, connect to your body and feel. Increase dopamine production which releases feel good hormones throughout your body.
- Daily list
Write your top 3 tasks for the day. 3 tasks can include, house tasks , business tasks or health tasks. Create a space of productivity and motivation.
- A daily Body Boost Blend
Create a daily body boost blend using Jojoba and select essential oils to stimulate your nervous system, nourish your skin and internal organs. Increase nutrition absorption , soothe muscular aches and enhance your mood. This daily act of self care will be one of the best parts of your day. It’s my time for me before I enter the world ‘so to speak’.
Use the Goals tracker to keep yourself accountable. Print out and stick on your fridge or other place in full view. Give yourself a goal of checking off each day what you get done on one of the tasks. Set yourself a reward if you get all ticks along a row.
