Tonight’s bath is dedicated to us mums, who just get shitz done.

I see you .

We may feel weary yet we plan menus, do laundry, shop for food, organise others,listen to problems and come up with solutions, cook dinners, mop floors, organise work meetings, do gardening, fold clothes, put away clothes, tidy our spaces, make beds, make sure there is toilet paper, organise gifts, feed furbabies, speak to friends, call family, clean out cupboards, meditate, journal and more.
All with an ADHD brain makes it an interesting day ending it with the most beautiful aromatic blend in a bath that has magnesium flakes, evening primrose oil, jojoba oil and castille soap.
Candles are lit, blinds are closed bathing playlist on and begin to slow down the breath, hand on heart and continue to do breath work.

Another beautiful aspect of the #UGWA experience i

Another beautiful aspect of the #UGWA experience is The Sister Circles
I chose to lead one of these groups each day with a select number of the women.
It is here we break into smaller circles to provide a more intimate setting to allow the participants a safe space to check in with themselves and discuss anything that may come up for them through the various workshops and emotional work that is gone.
It is a beautiful process that created connections and discuss the commonalities between women’s life’s experiences.
Always inspired by women’s stories and how they are stronger than they think and braver than they know.
Truly inspirational.
What was in rebel serendipity was that I had 2 women in my group who had suffered the same trauma of homicides in their family and were actually being supported by the same woman back home.
Now they have eachother, as only they can comprehend the impact on their lives.
My heart 💓.
Women are incredible and never cease to amaze me.
Watching the transformations through our sister circle was heartwarming to say the least.
I felt honoured to provide a safe space for each of them, together.
Women who come to a retreat on their own never leave on their own. As Liesel says “ when women come together magic happens”. I witnessed this time and time again .
@liesel_the_retreat_specialist and @ultimate_girls_week_away you created a beautiful space for women to reconnect with themselves and other women.

🙌Feeling grateful that I was able to share my passion of self care using essential oils with these beautiful women at #UGWA BALI 2024. @ultimate_girls_week_away. 🩷

🙏🏼This was my first international workshop in person and had to overcome my limiting beliefs and anxiety.
It was an absolute dream come true.
The women embraced the learnings and the feedback was beyond all my expectations.
I did a couple of workshops for our retreat guests who were all so generous with their enthusiasm.
😇Watching the transformations over the week was palpable. Faces changed, bodies relaxed, tensions dissipated.
💜We all made beautiful connections created a love bubble and enjoyed just being. And being held at @club med Nusa Dua was really a stunning setting for us all.
@liesel_the_retreat_specialist message, “when women come together magic happens”. Well 🤩sure does.
🤩Really can’t beat in person workshops. I’ve missed that since COVID took hold of the world.
Personally have to thank @liesel_the_retreat_specialist who made this all possible and took a leap of faith in me, as we didn’t know eachother.
I’m thrilled to be asked to be a part of the team for Vietnam 2025. Who is coming ? 😉
My heart is full. Much gratitude .
