As we get older, we shouldn’t be giving ourselves a hard time. And too many of us do. What we need is to be kinder to ourselves. When it comes to nutrition, as in life, I believe in balance.

Instead of denial and discipline, I coach my clients to create a delicious lifestyle that’s nourishing and sustainable. One that makes them feel fabulous, vital and capable of kicking ass. One that gives them clear skin, an open mind and a lust for life.

In short – I coach my clients to make healthier choices because they love their bodies, not because the diet gurus say so.  No labels, no judgments. Just balance and self-care.

A little bit about me

Incase you haven’t read about me yet, I started on this journey to health because I was depressed, pre-diabetic
and had low energy and motivation. I was addicted to sugar, fast foods and other kinds of crap.
Since studying nutrition, and attending many workshops, I’m loving my body better. I’ve increased m energy, feel great,
purposeful and my depression and anxiety is relieved. I have lost 23cms around my waist and find eating healthy foods
easy and enjoyable. My cravings for sugar and chips are under control. I am comfortable in my body.
